1 General Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the wij6 website and related services ("Platform"). By registering on, logging into, or using any service on the wij6 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

wij6 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time.

1.1 Age Requirement

The wij6 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or play games on this platform. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify whether online gaming is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. wij6 reserves the right to close accounts where use of the platform is contrary to local law.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited. The same device, IP address, bank account, mobile number, or identity document will be treated as indicators of duplicate accounts.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Your name, mobile number, email address, and payment details must all be your own. Use of false or another person's information will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to wij6 support immediately. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

wij6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. When requested, the user must provide a copy of their national identity card or passport and documentation for mobile banking verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold if documents are not submitted within the specified time.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on the wij6 platform is ৳500 — applicable for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase during verification or in cases of unusual activity. wij6 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected on the account.

3.4 Fees and Taxes

wij6 does not normally charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider's own charges may apply. Any tax obligations are entirely the user's own responsibility.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is available once only and applies to the first deposit only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met for the welcome bonus. This means that if you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳100,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• If the same person claims a bonus through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• wij6 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Program

wij6's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and consistent participation on the platform. wij6 reserves the final authority to determine tier placement.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games on the wij6 platform are recorded on the server and will be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, wij6 will investigate and compensate the user where applicable. However, wij6 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Review

If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, data error, or fraud, the stake will be returned to the user's account. wij6 reserves the right to review and reject any bet.

5.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

Specific market rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sporting events. If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In live betting, odds may change and the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij6 platform:

• Any fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automation software, bots, or scripts.
• Using another user's identity or information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about wij6.

For any of the above prohibited activities, wij6 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and may take legal action if necessary.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

• If a loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or connection.
• If damage occurs due to the user's own negligence or disclosure of account information to a third party.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

11 Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by wij6

In the event of a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, wij6 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. Any bonus or funds obtained through the breach may be forfeited.

12 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the wij6 platform — logos, designs, text, game interfaces, software — is the exclusive intellectual property of wij6. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission from wij6.

13 Changes and Updates to Terms
